( Lack of moral Ethics )) I took our family dog to get checked out because he was coughing and could not keep food down. They took an xray paid 426 Bucks The doctor Natalie Finke Told me he needed Emergency surgery because of Intestinal obstruction .and not to feed him Also he will die within two days if not done . The poor dog was not fed for two days while we tried to raise funds for the surgery .
Note I had funds for more tests to be ran at TLC if needed But not enough for the surgery .I rushed him down to missions Hospital and their surgical Team jumped into action and rushed him in. I was Told that the doctor report was different from the radiology report so I needed new Xray . The Xray found no blockage and the Report was the same as first radiolgy report so no surgery was needed. and the problem was in the esophagus .
They gave me meds and sent us home Arche is doing well now My complaint is the Total lack of Ethics TLC has and the fact they did not even take the time to tell us of the results from the radiology leaving us all tore of to almost a breakdown. I called the clinic and asked for partial refund of the fees that had I paid . I was told not going to happen If they truly cared and want to do the correct thing since I had to pay almost 800 bucks at Missions because of their failed service They should at least give me back some money .

We are very satisfied with our experience to date, having made two visits with our puppy. Our impression was favorable, particularly with Dr. Megan, who made an effort to make our puppy feel at ease by sitting on the floor and conducting the examination from that position. We have had numerous questions and have found the entire staff to be courteous and willing to assist us.

I had called around to so many vets and very few take chickens! They treated my Lapis for some injuries and even provided an affordable laser treatment for her injuries. So happy with the advice and level of care we received.
