Horrible place.
Brought in a sick cat I would have to pay 2-5000 dollars to get him well or euthanize him. When I saw him he was fine and walking around. They said he would die overnight. Etc. It was lie upon lie. I asked to take him home. They once again showed me a paper what it would cost to take care of him or euthanize him. They would not allow me to take him home. I was distraught. Or I would have called the police on them to take him home. Evil. I was only given 2 choices 2-5 thousand or put him to death
As I said he was perfectly fine. I took pictures. What overpriced evil people.

Our dogs health was declining very quickly so we had to make the very tough choice to end his suffering and pain and put him to sleep. The staff there was extremely compassionate and understanding. They gave you all the time you needed with your last moments with your loving fur baby. The doctor was even petting our dog with us as he passed. Thank you so much for being so understanding and patient.

The staff at the Oakland clinic were AMAZING! From the front staff who check you in to the staff and Vet B. Trewartha who is caring for your pet. They made a very hard visit and evening into a blessing. They gave so much information and all were so friendly, professional and accommodating in every single way. My baby Bam Bam was so well taken care of. When we called to check on him every single person we're understanding and very kind. When we picked him up Kimberly was so patient with all our questions and concerns. We are so thankful for his care. Thank you to all who took care of our dog.

Sadly our dog had passed before we got here but wanted to leave a review for the compassionate team who immediately met and talked with us as soon as we arrived. The tech really showed she cared about us and our dog, and fully understood our pain. Their team even sent us a beautiful card in the mail a few days afterwards. While our dog did not get treated here, I have no doubt that they would have done everything they could to save him. Thank you for your kindness during such a hard time.
