We went in as a walkin with a VERY ill dog with pancreatitis. They were fully booked on saturday morning but worked us in and gave us plenty of time and attention. Every one was very kind, gente, and professional. They kept the cost in mind and adapted to our budget as much as possible. 24 hours later my dog is doing 100% better and i have hope of a full recovery. What a treasure to find this wonderful facility. They care about the pets who come in AND their owners! You can feel confident in using their services.

I was interested in using their doggy daycare for one of my dogs and just got done touring the facility. You could not pay me to take my dogs here for daycare. The kennels are hot, smelly, and dont look exactly clean. Ive taken both of my dogs to doggy daycares before, so I know what a good one should look like, and this one is not. The dogs are kenneled all day except for 3 10- minute sessions outside per day.
They claim this is because of the heat- then why not have indoor play for them? My dogs can stay outside for much longer than 10 minutes even in the heat. These dogs look miserable and were desperately jumping at the glass door of their kennels wanting to get out. It was so unbelievably loud from all of the barking, I cant even imagine how stressful it is for the dogs to be in such a loud environment. Being in a veterinarians office, I expected so much more. Shame on the owners for allowing this to go on- this daycare should be shut down.
