94$ over the loss of my sweet puppy-
After losing my puppy, $94 mattered more to Cares Vet Clinic than compassion. On 2/11/26, I paid for 94 $ for a vaccination appointment I scheduled for March 4th. My sweet boy died before the appointment and I asked for a refund or to apply the deposit to a future visit. They refused then ignored me. No services. No empathy. Just cold policy over grief. This isnt about $94 its about humanity. Shameful. If this is how they treat a grieving client, it tells you everything about their values. Do not go here if you expect decency or care.

Our veterinarian for four of our pets. Dr. Olson has helped them live the best lives they could, and we're convinced she has helped them live longer lives than we expected. Her holistic approach to animal care and treatment is much appreciated. She makes calls personally and is very responsive to all of the family's needs.

Dr Olson and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing! They always take such good care of Chewy even in emergency situations. I recommend them to anyone who loves their pets.

Compationate and caring. Staff works as a team and is always there for you. My pet "babies" are treated as individuals and not just another "dog" and "cat."

Great social distancing, was able to fit us in on short notice, friendly and helpful staff. The doctor explained everything and gave us the price breakdown so we could choose the option based on what worked for us. Overall good experience
