Dr. Banceu is by far the best veterinarian I've seen. He takes time to read and explain everything to you. Never rushes and seems as if he genuinely cares. He explains what's wrong and what is not wrong. My cat has had an ongoing upper respiratory illness that noone could give me a clear answer on, but he did. Demonstrated how to give my cat oral medicine and joked to make us comfortable. If he was a family practice doctor, I'd see him myself lol. But my cat Onyx is doing well and it's all owed to Dr. Banceu and his team. Thank you.

Pricey and rude staff. I felt they were just guessing what was wrong with my dog. Go with your gut if you get a bad feeling at this place! After reading the remarks from this clinic tells you how the staff will treat you. Arrogant and calls the person a liar. You would think the clinic would've given a professional response. I'm guessing the vets are busy and letting the uneducated staff write these responses! I did change vets and had a better experience!

I visited the clinic recently with my kitty for her annual shots and checkup. I let the Dr. know that we recently lost her sister due to kidney complications, when we were out of town at a vet hospital away from home. The Dr had seen both kitties over the past few years for regular checkups. A few days ago I received a very nice card from the team at West Allis vet expressing their sympathy. They went above and beyond and I'm very thankful to have such a carrying vet team!
