Julius Rudolph has been with Wesley Chapel since 2004. He previously worked for an animal hospital in Detroit for eight years before moving to Decatur. Dr. Joanna Birch is a graduate of Iowa State University, class of 1985. She has been in practice since graduation and has been practicing at Wesley Chapel since 1996.
