Attempted to have our first visit today. Was on hold for 20 minutes to "check in" to then be told we could wait for an hour or more in the car to be seen or reschedule. After waiting for more than 20min on the line to then reschedule, I gave up. Unfortunate. I wish I could have just been told before wasting the gas.

The personnel were very nice and professional. The Vet did everything that was asked of her and Esie received her yearly shots and exam.plus cutting her nails and doing her glands. It was quick and no waiting for the appt. Excellent care.

Unfortunately because of Covid protocol, I didn't get an opportunity to meet the vet and staff, other than the assistant tat came to my pickup to get Georgi, and return her to me. I'm satisfied with their services. A year later and I finally got to meet the staff and vet, very nice people.
