What To Expect

When you enter the door, you should be greeted by one of our receptionists. If it is your first visit to our hospital, you will be asked to fill out the new client paperwork. If you have been here before we will update your information and your pet will be checked in for his/her visit. A veterinary technician will call you and your pet into an exam room and will collect a history from you about your pet and address your concerns.

In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and checks (with proper identification and approval). When an unexpected illness or emergency happens, we also accept CareCredit which allows you to pay in installment payments.

Anesthesia and Patient Monitoring

We monitor our patients closely to keep them as safe as possible during procedures that require general anesthesia. A veterinary technician will continually assess your pet's heart and respiratory rate, . For some procedures, your pet will need to be administered general anesthesia so that he or she will be unconscious and not feel pain.
