We purchased our Laboit 2.5 years ago. The whole process was very streamlined and easy to manage. Their ongoing customer suppprt is good and we have had minimal issues since purchasing the vehicle. We operate out of NH and it is well insulated for the cold.

Laboit (and staff) are fantastic! The dream of leaving traditional practice and going mobile was very intimidating, but they made it very easy. The level of detail put into each vehicle is amazing. I purchased my LaBoite veterinary Unit in 2010 and have been loving it ever since. More importantly, I have never dealt with a company with the level of customer service offered by LaBoite. The staff has not changed since I purchased my vehicle which makes it feel like you're talking to old friends. Over the past 8 years, any time there was an issue, I got through immediately and one of their staff fixed my problem.

Most recently we had trouble with the door latch on the Unit. We had it repaired by a local RV dealer but it was not done correctly. On a Sunday about 2 weeks ago, I found myself locked out of the Unit. Luckily there was a window unlocked and I'm small enough to crawl through the window. I emailed Wayne Henderson - head engineer at the company and he walked me through the crisis (on a SUNDAY!) He spoke to our locksmith and even called me to follow up to be sure the issue had been resolved. I cannot begin to say enough good things about this company. Thank you LaBoite! I bought a custom mobile vet truck in 2014. I can't say enough good things about the staff or the vehicle. It's beautiful and very high quality. I haven't had any repair issues.
