High praise for Academy Animal Hospital and Dr. Serrano. Fortunately, my pets have had very few health issues over the years but he's always been an excellent, compassionate vet. I love the way Dr. Serrano sits on the floor with my (very shy) dog to make her comfortable. I know it's a small think but I've never had another vet do anything like that.
