I took our little dog in 5 weeks ago for an appointment. Discussed a surgical procedure. Was told the surgeon would call us an discuss the procedure, cost and so forth. Waited 3 weeks and no phone call. Had to take Sadie in for another appointment. At that time I brought to the receptionist attention that the surgeon has never called us. She sent him another message and said he would surely call. Well guess what, no call to date and is another 8 days. I wouldn't let this guy touch my dog. I mean how unprofessional, that he doesn't have 3 minutes for a phone call.

Drove 80 miles to see the surgeon about my Dobermans blown knee. Did everything they promised and the staff is very good. Worth the drive.
