How dare you send me a reminder that my dog, who died a year ago, who was a patient of your clinic, but you refused to see him when he was in dire need, telling me sorry but we are closing in 10 minutes, take him to Flannery! You have the audacity to send me a reminder that he needs shots when you know full well that I was forced to put him down because he had a stroke! You are NOT a caring animal clinic, you care only about $$$$.

I have a 3.4 pound Yorkie, that was in need of a pretty tricky procedure to pull a tooth Where the jaw had degenerated, and there was a chance of breaking her jaw. dr. Rich did an amazing job and got it out without any breakage. I will definitely refer her to anyone with pets with severe dental problems. She is amazing!
