The people at Animal Medical Center have always been courteous, professional and kind. They are also good clinicians and I have entrusted my cat to their care for most of the past decade. Though I no longer live close to their office, I drive out of my way to use their services because they have earned my trust.

I just got off the phone with the receptionist 8/7/21 @ 1250pm, and that female receptionist is EXTREMELY unprofessional and VERY rude. I have never ever left a bad review on a business but this was horrendous. She was extremely unhelpful, acted as if I was a burden when all I asked was to be put on for a dental exam for my dog. This would have. been the second time using them and also the SECOND time I've dealt with a rude receptionist. A bit of advice, if you hate your job, get a new one. As for the office itself. you should reevaluate your selection in staff. I will NEVER ever take my animals there again.

Their prices were reasonable and they treated my cat well. They also explained all of my options for my cat's health and helped explain what was necessary for my cat to get groomed at other establishments as well as doing their own grooming. It was a very nice experience And the also did some things for my cat that they very well could have charged me for an did not. That shows that they care about the animals and their customers. The entire staff has been incredible to our dog for nine years. I'm amazed that they remember our dog Casey and my family over the years. They truly focus on what is best for your pet. We highly recommend VETERINARIAN DR. SCOTT LEFFLER.
