They got me in with my cat during an emergency when my regular vet told me they were too busy to help. I was not a patient and they were really kind to both me and my cat. Had great experiences since with my 5 pets. Completely recommend.

Highly recommend. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. We had to have our pet ferret put down and Katie I think was her name, was very sweet and continued to apologize for the circumstances and made sure we were at ease during the process. It's a very clean professional business. I will be bringing my pets here from now on.

The staff here are ones that are animal lovers which makes a huge difference! I was nervous leaving my dog with them because I didn't even have him a week but the attitude of the staff made me very comfortable doing so. I highly recommend the Pet Lodge!
