I have mixed emotions but first off I would like to say the Dr. is so nice and knowledgeable, he took his time to answer and explain any questions we had and didn't feel rushed, but I was very surprised that nobody was wearing a mask, I thought it was mandatory in the state of Ohio, I didn't ask why they weren't wearing them because we're not confrontational people. I think new patients should get a warning, we drove 40 min and felt disappointed when we found out once we were there, would've been nice to know and make a decision before then and not be caught of guard.

I have seen Dr. Rauf for a couple years now for my small dog and she was great, but I am extremely disappointed after my visit today and will not be returning. There is a sign on their door stating that they will not wear masks inside and that you can still bring them your animals if you have tested positive for Covid. One receptionist, I didn't get her name but she was a heavier set woman with greasy brown hair, tried to drag my dog inside by the collar and I had to show her how to hold a dog leash.
She also seemed like she wasn't competent enough to just pick up my 10 lb dog. Even when I said my dog has no problem with masks, they refused to wear masks. This is disgusting, and risking the health and safety of all of their patients and themselves.

We have been going here for about 13 years and I can't recommend Dr. Gaston and his team enough. They are all so caring and compassionate. Your furry family members are in good hands here.
