I am always so happy with how nice everyone is. When my Molly was recently sick they were so understanding and able to get her in right away with no issue. The vet and assistants are so gentle and loving towards the animals. My dog isn't fond of really anyone but she does just fine when she is there. I think that says a lot! A month ago-We love the services we have received here.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. When our pup was scared and showing some aggressive behavior in the exam room, the staff and doctors took their time working with her and trying to make her feel comfortable.

Due to an increase in no show appointments and last-minute cancellations, we are having to implement a missed appointment/cancellation policy. We understand that there may be times when due to a true emergency you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you have a true emergency and need to cancel and reschedule your appointment, you must call us 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows our practice sufficient time to schedule a patient that may have been waiting months to be seen.

Dr. Ross (as he prefers to be called) was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and raised in Lancaster County, Pa. He graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Bioscience. He then proceeded to Temple University School of Medicine where he obtained a Master's degree in Physiology.

Jeannie graduated from Purdue University in 1994 where she obtained an A.A.S. in Veterinary Technical Studies. Jeannie completed her training and got her certification in Canine Rehabilitation in December of 2011. She shares her home with her husband Jason, three dogs Moose, Jethro, and Morty and her three cats Herbie, Theodore and Ronald.
