The virtual visit with Dr. Perry and the in home follow-up visit with Dr. Coughlin were both very professionally handled. Both vets (and Dr. Coughlin's assist) truly cared, were completely professional and most importantly provided great care for Bennie. His hot spot is well on the way to being healed up. Great service! Dr. Carolyn Santore of BetterVet was fantastic. I love the convenience of the service first of all. It fits my lifestyle perfectly. Ordering was easy, and I wasn't charged until the services were provided. They came earlier than my scheduled appointment, and tried calling me to make me aware however I didn't have my phone on me. But it was fine. They took great care of my dog and answered all my questions.
They got her caught up on her shots and everything without me leaving my home. I love the service and hope they add teeth cleaning very soon. I plan on using them for my pet care going forward and I'd recommend them to anyone, especially those that are far from good veterinarians or have challenges traveling to and from a vet.

Dr. Coughlin was very communicative and caring with my cat. The BetterVet system is transparent and easy to use. So thrilled to have her and the team to check in on my cat who is extremely difficult to get in a carrier to make vet visits simple and painless.

Dr Santore and Tara Bronlow were excellent with Atlas my eighty pound Rottweiler. Both were calm and professional and thorough in their assessment. Having them both come to our home decreased Atlas' anxiety and led to a better experience for him.

Our vet is awesome. She was on time. Spent time checking my other cat also. Prescribed medications needed which she had with her. It was over all an excellent experience Dr. Coughlin is the best. Will not only refer her but will definitely use her in the future. Believe me you can't go wrong. My cats were very calm. They were not all freaked out which was the best part. The ability to get a house call from a veterinarian is such an incredibly convenient option. They showed up on time, we're very friendly and expertly worked up my pets. My rottie is such a big baby, but blood draw and vaccines were not an issue. I feel that I am not sacrificing continuity of care in the least. I highly recommend BetterVet to anyone and everyone!

There are not enough kind things to say about Dr Kingsley and her medical assistant Tina! They honestly are remarkable, kind, and so compassionate! Any issue that arises they respond in an amazing timely fashion. We are so blessed to have them as our vet service. Literally the best ever!

I know Dr. Kingsley through mtb racing, and she recently assisted me with the toughest decision I've ever had to make. She and her vet tech handled the situation with so much compassion and dignity, and helped my little man cross over peacefully, with no pain or suffering. I am grateful that I did not have to leave my home for this, because I was a mess, and probably wouldn't have been able to drive back home safely afterwards.

I have an 11-year-old great Dane that I adore. We realized he had a nasty tumor that needed to be removed. Not being able to transport him due to his age, I wasn't sure what the options would be. I was told about Pets MVP and was a little worried about how it could all work from just a little RV. They took such great care of my old guy and though I. was a mess the entire time, I felt confident that they were doing everything they could for him.
He made it through the surgery, Which was done right in my driveway and they gave him such great care. Lindsay and Rachel were so kind in answering and re-answering every question. He is my joy and I will never forget them for saving him.

Dr. Kingsley and Rachel were fantastic! I wish had knew about them sooner. She made our dogs feel at ease. She did surgery on one of our dogs and it was great to be able to make the experience less stressful for him : I highly recommend this Dr. Kingsley.

Dr. Kingsley is such an efficient yet caring doctor. She isn't looking to do unnecessary tests/procedures to make a dime on your pet family. She knows it all! My border collie and cats don't go anywhere else!
