Worst Vet I have been to. My dog has had an ear infection for 7+ months (it's still ongoing), they kept prescribing different medications instead of doing a culture to find what medications the bacteria was resistant to. After months my dog had so much scar tissue in her ear, she will have issues and trouble hearing for the rest of her life. They clearly didn't look at notes based on my conversations with the tech and seemed to have misdiagnosed the type of infection after multiple visits (I can assume this based on the things the tech said, the doctor was more careful with their words saying a new bacteria was introduced right after I left).
When the manager called me to discuss why I was upset they also had not read the history to know this issue had been gone on for months which shows me how poorly this office approaches issues making them unable to provide proper care to both pets and pet owners. I share the opinion of other comments I have read, if you love your pets take them elsewhere. This Veterinary office will lead you on appointment after appointment until you feel like you have been scammed at the expense of you and your pet's well-being. I will be posting this review on everywhere I possibly can so people know to stay away.

I have been with them for almost 6 years with my cat shadow and now they recently took care of my kitten Luna they were absolutely amazing

I really feel they don't take their time with patients. i had a brand new puppy and she was in the clinic for less than 5 minutes on her first visit. again with the second. no exaggeration either, i have texts saying when she was taken in and when she was brought out to my car and it literally was 4 minutes. i waited to get checked in longer than my puppy was inside. i don't see how they can be really checking out my baby in that amount of time especially when you include the walk into the room and then back to the parking lot. i switched clinics because of this. not sure if it was just the doctor i had or if that's typical practice, i was very disappointed by that. i never complain on reviews but i was really unhappy and hope this is something that should be corrected for future patients. in addition, after getting a dose of vaccines and dewormer on her second visit, my puppy threw up immediately after getting into my car while i was on the phone with the doctor. i asked if i should be concerned and i got a laugh and told she's probably just nervous. maybe if the visit was more than 4 minutes she wouldn't be so nervous?

In the first visit with this office. They were very attentive, answered all my questions and concerns. They even gave us a welcome puppy bag. I never been greeted this way before. I was very impressed. My family will continue using this office. You can really tell that their patients comes first and it should be because pets are family members too.

Watching family members unexpectedly lose their puppy has been heartbreaking. Hearing how their veterinary staff responded to them in their time of need was infuriating. When there is a weekend emergency that results in the passing of a pet, pet owners in crisis turn to their vet. When the vet tells them to place the deceased pet in the garage for the weekend, not offering any other alternative, that is shameful.
It gets worse. Calling several days later to speculate on the cause of death was appalling, especially when you knew very little about the circumstances. Really, people are grieving and devastated by the loss and your staff throws out some random guess as to what may have been the cause? People count on medical professionals to provide guidance, comfort & compassion in time of loss. If that's what you're looking for go elsewhere! There is nothing professional about this group.
