I'm from out of state so finding an emergency vet was scary. I called MVMC and on the other end of the call was the most kind, calm voice. I was reassured immediately that they could help. My boy is currently in the ICU in the best care available. Dr's & techs explain with detail, answer questions in terms for the lay-person with little or no medical back round. They call when they say they will.
If for some reason contact can't be made at the time that is set, you will be notified by staff prior. This is great bc when you have a sick fur baby is hard to focus in and of itself but when there is a delay on the time you are expecting an update many of us get even more concerned. I'm not certain as I type this review what my big boy's end result may be. I do know this however, he's in THE BEST PLACE. I highly recommend MVMC.
