Rolling Hills Veterinary Services, PC (RHVS) was established in July of 1998 by Tracy B. Whitaker, DVM. Dr. Whitaker is a 1990 graduate of Tuskegee University. Following his studies in veterinary school, he went on to the University of Tennessee and completed an internship in large animal medicine and surgery.

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. Animals brought in on emergencies will be charged an emergency fee.
