I have been taking my pets to this group for years; they have always given me and my animals the best treatment however Dr. Roz does not shy from backhanded comments during phone calls. Their professionalism has gone down over the years. Hope to see this improve.

Thank you, thank you and thank you for helping and taking care of my baby Simba. I came in your office awake for 24 hours, emotional and feeling absolutely defeated. I didn't know what to do. I am not lying when I say the moment I walked into your office I felt immediate relief. The receptionist Dawn is a friend of mine and recommended I bring Simba in and I'm so glad she did. Everyone was extremely welcoming and nice and thourough in explaining the course of action we were going with. Unfortunately my baby needed surgery but I know I left him in the best hands. Thank you for everything.

I've been taking my boy dog to NPAH since we moved here about 4 years ago. He absolutely loves all the attention he gets there. I recently met Dr. Rossi when I brought in my Lily who unfortunately passed away at the time. He and his VT (sorry I can't remember her name but she was great) treated Lily with such care and kindness. Thank you for getting me some answers, and for your kindness.

Nice techs who genuinely seem to enjoy animals, informative Veterinarian who explained every part of my pet's treatment. They let me go into the ultrasound room and watch, asked if I'd like a copy of my pet's xrays, explained to me the anatomy I was looking at, and even showed me how urine samples were taken. They've given me great advice for travel, diet, exercise, tartar control, etc. over the years, and they've been spot on with everything. Great place for pets and pet owners.
