This practice is wonderful. They always get us in same day or next. They communicate well. Do not rush you. Very fair prices. And most importantly always go above and beyond to take care of my fur babies!

All of the staff was so caring and professional with my senior dog. This is not our normal Vet but the location was close to home and they were quick to set an appointment on a busy day. This was our first visit but definitely not the last.

For anyone who may be looking for a new veterinarian, I'd just like to mention to the neighborhood how much I appreciate the care and service I have gotten from Dr. Stephanie Hartsfield and Dr. Claire Surber at Coal Mountain Animal Hospital. One of our daughter's works there, so we started taking our cat there when she began to have some health problems. I cannot express enough how much care and concern both of these lovely Dr.s have had for our cat and the treatment of her unusual condition. They are just wonderful human beings and will give your pet only the best of care!
