I can't say enough good about this veterinarian and his staff. I had been to another veterinarian who had done x-rays on my dog's knees and told me there were no problems. A year later I had occasion to go to Friendship Springs Veterinary Care. My dog had been limping for a few weeks. Without taking any new x-rays, Dr. Cutchin looked at my old ones and he quickly made the diagnosis my old vet had missed. Unfortunately, because of the time between the original injury when I went to my old vet and when I went here, arthritis had already set in. So, while he helped me and my dog immensely, my old vet screwed up and now my dog has a problem he will have for the rest of his life. IMO if you want a good vet, go see Dr. Cutchin.

This is the best hands down Vet Clinic to bring your fur baby! I don't know why I haven't reviewed before until now! I have brought my fur baby here since he was 9 weeks and is now 9 yrs old. My sister also brings hers here and let me just say we have never been disappointed with their service. Dr. Cutchin and his staff are all so wonderful and very kind souls. We lost our family dog last week a very sad time for us , and later received a call from them telling us they did a paw print of our sweet Maggie to remember her by!

So touching and beautiful! If you are looking for Vet don't hesitate to bring your baby here they will be in the best hands! Thank you Friendship Springs staff and Dr. Cutchin for your wonderful care and attention!

The front customer service is beyond any expectations I've ever had. I have a Malinois and she isn't the easiest when going to a vet but they made her comfortable and she will be going to her last visit soon as we moving out of state. I recommend them from the front to the back! Always professional and hope I can find the same caring people where I'm moving to. AmeliaHeart and I will miss them greatly!

Our pets have been seen at this vet regularly. Every time my spouse takes our dog? There is always an issue with the office manager. An office manager should be professional, ethical, and with the amount of money that is being paid? Amounts of procedures and money in general should not be changed. My spouse has had multiple conversations with the vets, but we are always told it falls on the Office Manager. We are currently looking for another vet, because of the back and forth. When an adult? Can not take responsibility for their actions? That's when I'm out.

This review doesn't even deserve a quarter of a star. I am highly disappointed on my experience and am absolutely appalled to even have to come here. It is apparent to me that the management doesn't care about this establishment at all. I walked in and sat in the waiting room patiently while the older blonde lady at the front desk was too busy facetiming to even acknowledge me after ten minutes. I am pretty sure that rather than talking it up on the phone she could have put herself to use and used some fabreeze to get the musky smell out of the chairs.
