Friendship hospital has been our vet for our dog for almost 10 years. I've seen them update their appointment services and pharmacy making it easier for the clients. The office managers are kind and willing to answer questions even when the vets are busy. AND they're still accepting new clients which is a rarity these days. My dog has gotten much older so I think their geriatric care could be better. That is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. I still recommend them.

My partner and I are parents to a sweet senior rabbit and a boldly inquisitive adolescent cat. Especially with our rabbit, technically identified as an exotic animal, we struggled to find a vet that was the right fit until Friendship Hospital for Animals was recommended to us. I truly have never seen any interact as intuitively and lovingly with bunnies as Dr. Julie Smith. More generally speaking, at each appointment, I feel like my input is valued and considered and our animals are treated with time, love, and concern. I highly recommend Friendship.

We have brought our dog, Sebastian, here since we moved to Ft Collins a few years ago. What initially drew us in was the convenience of the PAW plan. When our puppy, Zella, came home we got her a puppy plan and all of her needs were taken care of! We love Dr. Smith who always takes time with us and explains everything throughly so we understand. All of the staff love our fur babies and make us feel so welcome each time we come in!

I am new to this animal hospital, but I left feeling very good and even excited about the whole experience. The high online review rating is absolutely justified. Setting up the appointment was very easy and we received timely reminders, complete with what we needed to be prepared for. We were greeted with enthusiasm, attended to quickly, had things explained well throughout the process, and had plenty of time with the doctor who was very professional, personable, thorough and answered all of our questions in a very relaxed and unrushed manner.
And final payment was made clear, and was quick and easy. We also appreciated the excited interest shown in our new puppy. He is the reason for all of this, we are very excited to have him in our family, and it was necessary to us that his caregivers be equally excited and concerned. We felt that. We've found our new animal hospital.

I've been taking my pup here for the past three years and I have had a positive experience during every annual visit. I see Dr. Holmes and she is always kind to my dog and explains things very well. The staff at this office provides excellent, compassionate care every time. Highly recommend!
