Very attentive and thorough! I appreciate the extra care they put into caring for cats. Calm, quiet environment- separate waiting area from other animals. Feline pheromones throughout the office and really great vet techs! Dr Gohr was very kind and listened well. She noticed things about our Bella that no one has ever mentioned in 2 previous offices we've been to. It's a drive to see them, but so worth it! I know our babies are in good hands.

Such a wonderful experience at such a dark time of my life. it was my dogs time to go and they were sympathetic caring, comforting, loving. I truly felt like they cared for me and my dog. 10 out of 10 best animal hospital I have ever been to. Our English Setter puppy swallowed my wife's head scarf. Because this hospital is also an emergency hospital we called. We were advised to bring him in asap. When we did they were all set to go! He up-chucked it up after treatment (2 min.). He was held for observation for a couple of hrs before we could pick him up. All our dogs have been taken care of here & I cannot have been happier with their care. Thank you Towne Lake Animal Hospital & all you veterinarians who take care of our pets. May God bless you all.

We Drove all the way here from Atlanta because no one would do emergency dental work my dog needed from an accident. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. From start to finish the entire staff were kind, professional, organized, and beyond loving towards my dog. I will definitely be making the 45 min trek if I ever need emergency care for a pet. City vets should take note. These folks have almost 5 Star review for a reason. Thank you to Dr McBride and staff for taking such attentive care toward my dog!

I had to go in with my dog at 4 in the morning. I called to make sure they were open. They were waiting for me and took my dog immediately to the back. Unfortunately due to her age and the issue I had to decide to let her go. Dr Weaver took all the time I wanted to discuss options and make my decision. The whole staff at the ER was wonderful from the young lady up front, to the tech that came to check on me as I said my goodbyes to Dr Weaver. She is one of the kindest vets I have ever encountered. Thank you for all you did for my baby that night and the time you took to comfort and help me through everything. Wonderful staff.

Bret was awesome. He made us feel valued as clients, but most importantly, he seemed to genuinely care for animals and the wellbeing of my pet. Dr. Marty was also very knowledgeable and compassionate. I will be moving all of my pets to this hospital and would recommend it to everyone. My only negative would be the wait time, but this facility is also an emergency hospital, so it is understandable that the emergent cases would need to be seen first. Just be prepared to wait a while and don't be in a hurry.
