Pet General Surgeries
Our surgical services range from routine spaying/neutering to complex procedures including orthopedic, neurological, and ophthalmic surgeries. Experienced veterinarians use advanced techniques for soft-tissue, bone, and joint procedures while ensuring patient safety through comprehensive pre-anesthetic exams and continuous monitoring. We specialize in foreign body removal and provide post-operative care with pain management protocols.
Pet Wellness Visits
Semi-annual wellness exams include physical assessments, vaccinations, parasite testing, and nutritional guidance. Our veterinarians examine ears, eyes, teeth, heart, lungs, and skin while monitoring vital signs. Blood tests and diagnostic screenings help detect early health issues. We emphasize owner education about behavioral changes indicating potential problems and maintain detailed medical records for ongoing care.
Pet Emergency Visits
We provide immediate care for critical conditions during business hours with after-hours referrals available. Our team handles trauma, respiratory distress, excessive bleeding, and neurological emergencies. We recommend pre-arrival calls to prepare for urgent cases and maintain equipment for stabilization procedures. Staff monitors critical patients continuously while communicating treatment plans with pet owners.
Pet Dental Care
Comprehensive dental services include prophylaxis cleanings, digital radiography, and tooth extractions. We use fluoride treatments and sealants to prevent decay while monitoring for periodontal disease. Pre-anesthetic exams ensure patient safety during dental procedures with continuous vital sign monitoring. Our team addresses bad breath, oral pain, and eating difficulties through tailored treatment plans.
Pet Vaccine Visits
Core vaccinations protect against rabies, distemper, and feline leukemia while lifestyle vaccines address individual risk factors. We follow age-appropriate schedules for puppies/kittens and provide booster shots. Our team explains vaccine benefits and potential side effects while maintaining detailed immunization records. Everyone was very friendly. I have a large breed dog and felt very comfortable at Mission Valley Veterinary Clinic. The vet asked if it was ok to approach my dog and pet him and give him a treat. I appreciated that care. They took time to answer all my questions and go through everything with me. Best vet clinic I've ever been to

Wonderful place to take your pets! They truly care. La Fauie, my rabbit was in very bad condition. I honestly thought she was going to die. Miraculously, the doctor was able to save her and she is doing so much better. Today I take my dog Shilo and hope they are able to help her as well as she was diagnosed with kidney disease from a different vet. If your pet needs to see the vet, take them here!

Was desperate as my little Coco was limping and her normal vet couldn't see us for over a week. I called Mission Valley Veterinary they got Coco in the next morning and took care of the foxtail in her paw. I forgot to add her other Vet had seen her 5 days before and said it was an allergy. Thank to Mission Valley Coco is up and running again and Coco now has a new Vet. Thank You so much Mission Valley Veterinary I adore you all for helping my Coco.
