Ingleside Anima Hospital is AMAZING. Best vet I have ever been to. The front office staff is so hard working. Somehow they can greet you with a friendly hello and smile, while answering the phone, and checking out patients. I don't know how they do it all! The back office staff is always so excited to see my two pups. They manage my hyper dogs very well, gently but firm. They will sit on the floor with your dog.
Truly they treat your dogs like one of their own. One of my pups actually likes coming to the vet to see the technicians for her blood draws! Never have I had any of my dogs pull me into the vet. Dr. Sciacca has been our main vet and again, she is amazing. She is so smart, kind, and explains everything in a way I can understand. I have never felt rushed in our appointments. Last thing, they ALWAYS call when they say they will. If Dr. Sciacca is not available for whatever reason, another vet will call to follow up with you. The teamwork is extraordinary.

Dr. Klein is amazing! She and the rest of the staff were so patient and gentle with my unruly/angry kitty who does NOT enjoy the Vet's office. Thank you for taking care of my babies!

DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET THERE! Absolute worst place to board your pet my pet had a clean bill of health from them on March 11th. Placed my dog for placement on my April 15 three days after she was in there I get a phone call that my dog fell from the kennel 36 hours after picking her up the dog is DEAD and Dr. Kevorkian/ Serbin doesn't even want to take any responsibility he should be utterly ashamed he's trying to say she had liver failure and kidney failure she was doing perfectly fine when she walked in there when we picked her up she couldn't even stand up she didn't eat drink bark or do anything for the next 36 hours and once again she's gone Ingelside claims that she was able to open the cage/kennel herself and escape what a bogus story they don't even have an incident report or not even required to fill out incident reports this one is going to court. I've already contacted the media.
I will see Dr. Kevorkian/ Serbin in court! oh and not to mention they sent us home with a $1300.00 plus bill that day. What an utterly disgraceful place to do business with, they are absolutely heartless even Kimberly Davis herself!

I've brought all my pets to Dr. Serbin's facility since 2002, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend their thoroughness and well-thought out treatment plans.

We went to this vet for many years and found them to be generally good in treatment but super expensive at every turn. Whenever we had an emergency with a pet and needed immediate help, we were always met with an initial indication that they were overbooked and couldn't get us in at all despite being long time customers. What good is having a regular vet if they cannot see you when one is upset about a pets condition and a vet is needed most?

Took my Sheltie to Ingleside for Grooming. Called to ask if a replacement for previous Groomer. Office Manager told me. The two groomer 's I have done many Sheltie having the know how. Our price have gone up a bit. Can I make a appointment. Explained to the Groomer how I wanted my dog groomed. When I went to pick him up his coat was shiny and fluffy. Asked to cut the hind legs short and trim the front and back.do a all around trim.
The only thing that was accomplished was a bath. $ 85.00 charge. Called Office Manager said take pictures and email them to me. Most Groomers would have said bring the dog back. Not this place. Greedy money hungry business. Should have paid with a debit card, paid cash. The Office Manager said you need not bring your dog back.
