The whole staff was super friendly! Got our Mochi girl (Holland Lop Bunny) right in and were super careful & gentle with her. Dr. was very informative and was able to get her in for surgery within days. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

All drs there are professional and caring. They treat your pets as you do and refers to them as kids. They are very knowledgeable and love animals. I would not take my dog anywhere else

Hid over $100 in fees until after the visit was done with. Was told it would be a $45 visit for exotic nail trims. I'll find somewhere else to go from now on.

Very unfriendly office staff! Called to schedule an appointment and was told we could be seen in the morning due to a cancelation. When we arrived they had no record of our appointment and were going to charge almost triple to get us worked in at some point today.

The staff and physicians here are always so friendly when we lost our last pet we received a card in the mail that came with a flower we could plant in his honor. in one of the most difficult times in our lives they helped ease us through and we could tell they care. I am so grateful to the staff here and we continue to take our other 2 dogs here and will remain loyal customers.

Brought our Beardie into the office for a consultation on if it was time to put him down. He was with us for 15 years. Saw the vet and decided to proceed as he had a great life. Assistant then came in for me to sign two releases which was fine. Then came in 10 minutes later and said we needed go out to pay at the front desk right then before they gave him the shot. Was appalled at the demand but complied as my son was with me and our pet.
Then 10 minutes later the assistant came in and said we could not be present which was what we requested in the initial conversation. There was no empathy or understanding by either the assistant or vet. I only took him there because they supposedly specialized in exotics. It's obvious they only care about getting their $170. Don't use this place. They are awful.
