Avoid this place!! I brought my cockatiel with possible head injury. They took him to x ray and after 4 minutes they told me , he has broken collar bone and is on oxygen. I was in disbelief, because 4 minutes ago he was not having any problems with breathing. I asked the vet, if she broke his collar bone during x ray, she replied " possible " and she started explaining how his lungs are damaged, punctured maybe, fluid inside maybe, maybe he had the condition before and now is getting worse.
And that he has 50/50 changes to survive and he has to stay 5 days in hospital. I could see clearly, this vet has no clue what is going on and she did some kind of damage to my bird. I immediately told them to give me my bird, they force me to pay 300$ for basically making my bird worse and possibly breaking his collar bone. I took my bird to emergency, where the vet agreed, he has broken collar bone but his lung are absolutely good, no issue there. So not only they did damage to my bird but also misdiagnosed the damage they have done, wanted to treat him for something he didn't have causing more pain and stress and charging more money.

Very nice personnel, amazing doctor who did eye surgery on our dog last February. Reasonable prices. Plan for your appointments ahead of time because they get booked fast, and be on time! I also appreciate an extra waiting room, smaller quiet space for my dog, he is a big boy and gets excited easily, we sit a little further away from other visitors so they dont get scared.
