Went to this place on a recommendation from a friend. Had high hopes as my dog was very ill. Little to no communication on the status of my dog as they monitored him for 3 days. Everytime I was promised an update i did not hear anything from them and had to call in myself to finally get some information. My dog was fighting for his life so the lack of commnicuation already had my blood boiling. Then I finally recieve the news that he isnt going to make it much longer and head there immediately.
My dog passes away and as I grieve, they lay a price option sheet on my dogs body as if he was a table. Absolutely livid, I snatched the sheet of my dogs body. If thats what they deem aceptable and professional I will never go there again.
