From our humble beginnings, we began as Chesapeake Veterinary Cardiology Associates (CVCA) with a single cardiologist in a small strip mall in 1987, our dedication to a high level of care and service has allowed us to grow into the nation's largest veterinary cardiology group with 26 board-certified cardiologists and 10 residents in 16 locations and 5 states.

For information on prescription drug shortages, back orders, and/or discontinued medications. I understand that payment in full is due at the time of service. I agree to assume financial responsibility for all professional fees, and agree to pay CVCA when services are rendered. I understand that a fee of $35.00 will be incurred for all returned checks and a service fee of 1.5% will be charged on any unpaid balance.
