I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Dr. Allen is the worst! Talking with others who have had her feel the same way and have experienced the same when they took their pet to her. She won't listen to you at all in regards to your pet. She will belittle you, talk over you. She is very condescending. I think it's time she retires. Not to mention she scared my dog and when my dog backed up under my chair (which she has never done before) dr Allen said "she is just playing".
I know my dog and that's not what she does when she plays. She also told me the reason my dog gets distracted so easily is because she is scared of people. So why is it that my dog literally try's to go to the person she see's? My dog is extremely social and loves people, kids and other animals. She tries to be friends with the bunnies in our yard. Dr. Allen you should be ashamed of yourself. I ended up changing to PATT vet hospital and they are amazing!

We have been going to Ironstone for years. The doctor and staff are so great! We had a dog that did not like anyone-at all BUT Theresa won him over! We have a new puppy and she was just as great with her. We're looking forward to another great experience with them in our puppy's life.

I took my well beyond prime time Springer for grooming. Other groomers said he was too hyper to cut and would need to be sedated. No problem for Barb, a very calm and relaxed groomer. Thank you Ironstone, you have a new and satisfied client.

IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION CHOSE THAT OVER THIS PLACE! Not only will Dr. Sherilyn Allen be incredible rude to you, not be able to follow what you are saying but if you bring a sick animal in she will eventually tell you "maybe you should think about having them adopted" She is one of the worst vets I have ever dealt with and today will be the last. I would say this practice needs to hire other vets but I have seen so many come and go and its probably because that can not work with Dr. Allen. My only kind words is you should think about retirement. "no one will judge you if your retire" "maybe you are to overwhelmed and cant take care of your patients animals"

All of our family pets have gone here since I was a kid. Dr Womer is great and all the techs are amazing. So kind and caring when we had to euthanize our pup and now so happy to see our new furry addition.
