I have taken my pets there for over 20 years and when I needed an anti-seizure medication and they were COMPLETELY unresponsive. Go to a vet you can rely on.

I started coming here recently, and I have to say that I'm dissatisfied with the communication of Dr. Katz. Everytime I speak to him on the phone, I notice that it seems like he's bothered or annoyed with my questions when I am simply trying to understand what's going on with my pet. Extremely short answered with his responses, cutting me off mid-sentence, not professional or becoming of a doctor. I think I may switch veterinarians because of his rudeness and interruptions when I try to speak. Wouldn't recommend Dr. Katz if you do go here.

They take a deposit if you miss an appointment FYI. No one informed me of this. Not on email or website. Had a health concern and needed to go to OB but they did not seem to care.

Have been bringing my dog Cali here for three years now. She gets the best care at a reasonable price. All the staff do a great job with Cali, who is a rescue and very scared of the vet. Dr. Bell is very knowledgeable and great at communicating everything in a way that I can understand and best care for Cali. Would recommend to everyone.

North DeKalb Vets took good care of my newly adopted cat and I plan to stay with them. I recently ordered flea and tick medication for my cat through their website email. They came highly recommended by my neighbor.
