Riverview Animal Hospital was established in 1956 by O.D. Dickinson and was called Dickinson Animal Hospital. Dr. James R. Cook, DVM joined the practice in 1974 after graduating first in his class from M.S.U. He purchased the practice in 1978 after Dr. Dickinson retired. Dr. Sherrill O'Neil, DVM worked at the practice while she was in high school and returned to work each summer while she attended M.S.U.
