Dr. Peterson is a North Muskegon native and graduated from North Muskegon High School. After High School, he spent a year and a half at Albion College before transferring to Michigan State University for the remainder of undergraduate work before entering Michigan State's College of Veterinary Medicine. While in undergrad, he started working at Northside and found it to be the perfect fit.Following graduation from veterinary school in 2003, he started working immediately as a doctor of veterinary medicine at Northside Veterinary Hospital where in 2007, he was fortunate enough to purchase the practice from Dr. Tom Peterson (no relation).

Following graduation from veterinary school in 2003, Dr. Peterson started working immediately as a doctor of veterinary medicine at Northside Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Peck attended Michigan State University, where she earned a BS in Biology with high honors in 1993 and a DVM with honors in 1997.
