Critical: Professionalism The customer service is awful, Katie speaks to people as if they are beneath her and we as customers do not matter. I will never step foot in there again and the lost 3 dogs I was bringing there and they did not seem to care. Very sad!

Do NOT get your dog spayed here. Their negligence almost resulted in my dogs death. My dog had to have emergency surgery elsewhere to correct their mistake.

They are so wonderful here. I brought my dog in for an emergency visit on a Saturday afternoon. They scheduled him in for a procedure Wednesday, had a cancellation and took him Tuesday. They called multiple times to check on him and give us results.

Both husband and wife are veterinarians the husband is a great guy knows his stuff tells you exactly what's going on what you should and shouldn't do. The wife on the other hand wants to bleed all the money out of You with useless test.
