The vet techs here are awesome! Especially Ashley! We love her compassion, kindness and knowledge. Ashley always spends quality time with us and our dog Franklin. She's very informative and thorough answering all of our questions and giving us details so we can make the most informed decisions for our pet. You can tell she loves what she does and that she genuinely cares about our pet. We love Ashley so much that my sister started bringing her 9 year old frenchie (Viva) here! Ashley is a gem and we are lucky to have her taking care of our frenchies!

Critical: Quality, Value My white haired terrier mix went here in June. The cut he was given was uneven and raggedy looking. Price was high. I won't use this groomer again.

We have been taking our dog and our cat here for about the past year. Dr Codd and the staff that works here are always extremely welcoming and very detailed at explaining things. When we got our pup, we purchased the puppy package which helped save so much money on vaccinations and procedures. We moved out of Ashland and still make the long drive to come here because of their services. I highly recommend this Vet.

We have been with Dr Valas for a very long time! Maybe 16 years and two dogs she has been great to us and our pets. Compassionate with the passing of one and a few emergency visits with the second dog. Wouldn't want to go anywhere but to her with my furry baby.

All of the staff was sooooo sweet and interested in our pup. The vet tech was really thorough. Dr. Valas is warm and endearing, our appointment was incredibly detailed and she tested his gait and play ability. The office atmosphere is warm, inviting and they have a coffee bar! They offer a puppy wellness program which is cool and the integrated boarding and play time is a great benefit. Dr. Valas also isn't overly medical, and uses multiple modalities for treatment, not just drugs and surgery. I'm so happy our puppy is in her capable hands
