Our Yorkie needed her bordertella shot, we called our vet in Independence, could not get her in till mid June. I had used OG vet previously with another fur-baby years ago, so took the chance I could get Ms. Ellie in earlier. We were able to get right in, with a 30 min wait. What a delightful team they have, very courteous, professional, & caring. Her shot took about 3 min. the vet spent more time talking to Ellie, petting her, making sure she was calm. they have gained a new patient.

This rating is based off of my last 6 experiences at this clinic. I have seen all 3 veterinarians multiple times. I would never ever return to doctor messener after what we experienced with him! Doctor Neal is so so, and doctor Gower is nice but uneducated in biology and genetics and can't remember his patients 2 days later when they come back in. One of the women who works at the counter is extremely rude and the other is fine. Their prices are good and that's the only thing I have to say for them. Personally I will go elsewhere.

So we made a vet call 3+ weeks ago and had to take the day off work. They call 4 hours before they time they should be here and say they don't want to come out for 1 cow. Brandy was nice on the phone but this is wrong! They should of call sooner or something. I feel like we're not wroth there time and they don't care. sad we working to have a huge farm and they lost all are business.

The staff was very helpful and caring about my cat at his appointment. They answered all my questions and it was a very clean and neat establishment. I would use their services again in the future. Thank you for helping me with my cat.

Just a little pricey, $17 for clipping my Jack Russell/Cali's toenails (but they did tell me it would be that price, on the phone). BUT. I called at 10 am, they got Cali in same day/3pm! SUPER friendly, from intake/customer service ladies to the groomer (who let me come and watch, to learn exactly what I needed to do next time).

We thought we had found a very lazy, sweet, quiet big guy. In all actuality, we had rescued a very sick dog from the oil fields in Texas. When we got him home and into the vet we found out he had heartworms so bad that he could not bark. The people at Oak Grove Animal Clinic saved Copper's life! He is now a very happy and healthy guy and getting ready to have a little sister that will certainly see the vets at Oak Grove Animal Clinic! No other option for us. Thank you for all you guys do!
