Digital X-Rays
Advanced digital radiography enables rapid internal imaging for accurate diagnosis of skeletal, cardiac, and organ conditions. This non-invasive technology provides immediate results for efficient treatment planning while maintaining patient safety through reduced radiation exposure compared to traditional methods.
Laser Therapy

We have been taking our dog here for over 5 years. Dr Mina and Dr Sam both do really well with our dog with severe anxiety. Alyssa is the best technician we've ever had, as she is so patient with our dog despite his anxiety and being a large breed. The front staff can be hit or miss at times since they've had a lot of changes over the last year or two.

The staff is very nice and know me by name. I love Dr. Sam and he has been treating all of my animals for many years. I recently met with Dr. Meredith and really liked her. She was very knowledgeable and treated my kitty who is feeling much better. On the day I went they had a staff member that was working there from Ambassador Pet Hospital and she wasn't very nice at all, in fact I thought she was outright mean, but normally everyone is great! I'll just avoid this particular person in the future. Highly recommend Dr. Sam and Dr. Meredith.

Went in for a wellness exam and my dog nearly died. Blood was drawn from her chest, not peripherally, and pressure was not applied for long enough afterwards (the tech was applying pressure up to the moment of passing her to me), nor was any bandage used, so when we got home, she started to bleed out and go into shock. Went to the sister emergency clinic only to run into the same vet and get charged $54 for vet wrap and gauze.

She did not receive sub-Q fluids. It took over a day before she began to come out of the lethargy and listlessness from the blood loss. The vet also diagnosed a heart condition and said he was prescribing a beta blocker but they gave us an ACE inhibitor. Also, the vet did not wear his mask over his nose either time.

Great news! Dr. Claudia Horvath has joined this practice! She's the best, most thorough and kind vet ever. Staff was friendly and efficient. Yesterday my dog was barfing profusely with "firehose" diarrhea and today you'd never know he was sick.

Dr Sam has been taking care of my dogs for the last four years. I was surprised with his professional experience and kindness, I also love his friendly receptionists. thank you Dr. Sam for taking such gentle and professional care of my babies. I'm always sure that my dogs are in safe hands when they visit Sun Surf.

They were quick but thorough when taking care of my dog. They also followed up with me after my visit to make sure my dog was on the mend. My old vet never bothered to follow up, if it didn't work then that was on you to bring your dog back in. Sun Surf Veterinary Hospital cares.
