Services
Wellness Care
Our wellness exams focus on early disease detection and preventive care tailored to your pet's age, breed, and health status. We conduct comprehensive physical exams, fecal tests, blood work, and vaccinations to maintain optimal health. Regular checkups help identify issues like hip dysplasia in large dogs or luxating patella in small breeds, ensuring timely intervention.
Dental Care
We provide professional teeth cleanings using ultrasonic scaling and polishing to prevent dental disease. Services include fluoride treatments, extractions, and digital X-rays to address issues below the gumline. Our team educates pet owners on home care options like brushing and dental diets to maintain oral health between visits.
Vaccinations
We offer core and noncore vaccines for cats and dogs based on lifestyle and risk factors. Core vaccines include rabies and FVRCP for cats, DHPP for dogs. Noncore vaccines like Lyme and feline leukemia are recommended for at-risk pets. Our protocols protect against diseases while minimizing unnecessary treatments.
Emergency Care
We handle urgent medical issues during business hours, including trauma, poisoning, and severe illness. For after-hours emergencies, we partner with MedVet Dayton for continuous care. Our team stabilizes critical patients and provides referrals to specialty centers when advanced diagnostics or surgery are required.
Surgery
Our surgical services include spays, neuters, mass removals, and orthopedic procedures performed under general anesthesia. We use pre-anesthetic blood work and advanced monitoring equipment to ensure patient safety. Postoperative care includes pain management and detailed recovery instructions tailored to each pet's needs.

I bring my puppy to Hills&Dales and have been more than happy with their care of my little lady both for routine and ill visits. All the staff are professional, caring, kind, and very competent. I recommend them to anyone looking for excellent vet care for their furry family members!

This clinic gave me a huge scare. Told me my dog had cancer and it was going to be about $2500 for surgery. Went to another vet for a second opinion. Turned out it was just a hair follicle growth that is somewhat common. Still had to have them surgically removed. This cost $500 at the other vet. That price included the anesthesia and pain meds for his recovery. I will never take my pets here again.

I made a couple of appointments that I needed to cancel at the last minute due to life events one of them being going on a vacation with my grandmother whom has Parkinson's and is 88 years old. I let them know both times that I would need to cancel the appointments. No showing is when someone doesn't show up without notification. I have taken one of my other dogs to this place as well. With that being the case, how many times do you have to take a pet or pets in to be considered out of the "new client" phase?

A business does have the right to do what they want (in a sense), but a customer also has the right to find something better which is what I've done. Either way, not working with your customers isn't really a good sign and if a business is unable to accommodate the lives and schedules of those who keep those businesses in business, then maybe they should look into a different line of work

We've been regular clients for almost as long as this clinic has been open. They've stood by me through the loss of too many great pets and kept all my pets in excellent health. They are thorough, kind and considerate in all interactions. They go above and beyond to give the best service and care possible. Now that times are really hard with Covid concerns, they have found a way to continue to offer great service with curb-side drop off.

Even in the rain and inclement weather. That's what I call real dedication! All the staff and doctors are to be commended for their service and smiles. I simply would not go any place else for pet care! Pam C.
