We do require a 24 hour notice for any prescription refill. If you are requesting a refill from an online pharmacy different from our online pharmacy, Vetsource, we require you to pick up a hand written prescription that you can mail. We have you sign a waiver because manufacturer's do not provide guarantees on their products when you buy from outside sources, as they cannot guarantee the quality of the product since it was not directly purchased from them.We follow the guidelines for veterinarians set forth by the American Animal Hospital Association.
