Dr. Rupinderjit Garha is a native of India who grew up happily surrounded by animals. From an early age Dr. Garha was fascinated by the stories his uncle, who was a veterinarian, would tell him. He became inspired to pursue a career devoted to helping animals, and earned his degree from D.A.V. College Jalandhar and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The College of Veterinary Sciences at Punjab Agricultural University, both in Punjab. His professional interests include dentistry, surgery, behavioral medicine, rehabilitation and nutrition.

Called when they open for a prescription waited for return call never received one called a 3rd time said I could pickup prescription on thurs as they are closed on weds, so my pet has to suffer till thurs Eric said well you can take him to another vet. Eric was cold hearted dosen't care about animals, Everyone was wonderful the 2 times I was there including the vet I thought I found a good place to take my pets

Smiths has been my go to for all my pets. I will continue to come here because not only is the service quick, but they make sure to check up on your animals after their visit, make sure to send you reminders for your next visit, and constantly care for your pets. Even during Covid, their procedures/instructions were really easy. I will constantly recommend this place to all friends and family. Staff is amazing and super friendly. Thanks for taking care of mochi, simba, & maxx!

Usually, this place is helpful. Dr. G is great and the staff are nice. What brings this rating way down is that they never answer the phone, even though they make you call when you're outside or to make an appointment. I don't understand how the hours begin at 8am, but it is now almost 9:30am and still no one is answering the phone. This happens every time I call and it makes no sense to run a business this way. The only reason I keep going is because they performed surgery on my dog and I can't switch vets in the middle of the healing process. So ridiculous.

The gentleman who found my dog took him here. He told me they immediately scanned him for a chip and found it! And in turn called me to let me know he has been found. Miracle work and I and so thankful for this vet and for the awesome guy who went out of his way to return Loki to me. I know it must been hard for him as his dog recently disappeared and Loki is very friendly and would be a fantastic replacement! But a good heart prevailed so THANKYOU to both. Fantastic job guys. I called and scheduled an appointment. They welcomed me. I arrived onsite and they said I had to wait outside due to Covid restrictions. Normally I wouldn't be upset except it was raining and hailing outside. I feel they should have told me ahead of time about their "waiting outside" policy. I waited in the rain and hail for 30 minutes. The staff laughed and made a joke while I waited outside. I asked and requested to let my cat be inside. I didn't think it was fair. COMPLETELY COLD AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Thank you Kathy and Doctors, for looking after Scotty. He was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus recently. He was becoming skinny and my sister has keep me with updates. Since I'm in Ireland. I've been stuck here since the pandemic started. I got more worried and asked her to take here to Smith Veterinary. I know Scotty is on good hands meanwhile I'm getting ready to return home on February 10th 2022. Thank you

So I called ahead to ask about rabies vaccines and was advised to make an appointment. I did so, scheduled for both my pups, asked if they had been there before and I advised 1 under the former owners and 1 never seen there. Ok you're all set. We get there and they advise for rabies they will need an exam and we can't do that today. Why was I not advised of this over the phone.
Definitely not great customer service. First young lady says we can do it tomorrow, second young lady says we have to do it next week. Frustrating situation as I needed the vaccines Before our grooming appointment next week. Nice enough staff but need work on communication with requirements.

They provide the best care for my pets! I have a bulldog. Given their bad health, we visit the vet a bit more often. Prices are competitive and they accept CareCredit. They provide excellent care and advice towards her health and prevention. I would also like to thank them for taking care of our big boy til the very end. We will always entrust our babies to their care.
