I liked to update my review. I been coming here for about almost a year now and this veterinarian hospital has really step up thier services, they are excellent with the pets. The veterinarian doctors really do care and I see that now. Front desk ladies are so nice and helpful. The problems they go through when random people drop off dogs and don't come back from them, today I just saw a tweek out dude leave a puppy outside the veterinarian building, the ladies took the poor pup in. This place is legit and they do care

I just want to say that all these low reviews from this past week are from people who have NEVER stepped foot into this facility. They have admitted on a users tik tok that they would leave bad reviews without any full context of things that has happened between a client and a doctor. These doctors are AMAZING at what they do and have made an ENORMOUS amount of clients happy. Don't judge a doctor or a vet hospital based off of social media. These are highly favored doctors by locals because of their compassion with pets and how well they communicate any concerns with owners.

I have been going to this vet for years because they are the closest to me. They say they are low price then gouge you when you get there and guilt you into services you don't need. My last experience they failed to put my appointment in their computer then turned away my dog that was in pain unless I paid the $95 emergency service fee. They had me on hold for more than 20 minutes then hung up on me and I had to return home with my poor dog crying.
When I called back to tell them they lost me as a client the receptionist was very flippant. This is not the first time I've had bad service from them, but it's definitely the last. After I left this review the owner called me back and attempted to make thinks right, he quoted me a price over the phone and my son had to return with our dog several hours later. The receptionist still charged us $25.00 more than quoted. Because the owner tried to make things better I changed my 1 star rating to a 3 star rating, but the overall experience has left me bitter towards ever returning.

When I lost my cat I could tell everyone was sad on staff. They care. The vet even gave me a TON of time alone with her to grieve. That is why I'll be with that vet forever. It's clean and everyone is extremely good with communication on top of the care and expertise.
