I had been using this vet for 8 years. boarded my dog with them for 10 days. when i returned to pick her up, she smelled like urine all over her head as well as her bedding. she ran out of calming meds the day b4 i got her but no one let me know that had happened nor given her the meds the last day she was there. she was not given her chew treats or her daily supplements as writing down by their own staffing agency.
I spoke with management to be told it will be a learning experience for them and they responded with we will refund your deposit for a future spay and canceled my next boarding appointment. I will no longer bring any of my animals here.

Would give less stars if I could. Overcharge and would name things differently so you wouldn't catch it. Lied constantly and would get a different story from different staff members & doctors. Drug things out when my pet was in critical condition. I don't think they have any compassion left at all. They send out a sympathy card to make it look good. Pretty sad that a veterinary has come to this.

My experience interacting with staff members here has always been pleasant. We use them for vet & pet sitting services. Prices are good. My frustration has only been recent now during covid times. It is agrivating to me to have to sit in our vehicles the entire time with no cell service & no wifi available. The staff is aware of this issue & seem to also be frustrated.

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had the option not to. I have to put my cat down after 18 years and she had a massive seizure so I call to try and get her in. When I told the lady there I could not get in when she told me I could due to being a single mom and no way to get there she told me in a very cruel tone, "Well do you really want to make her wait that long?" Meaning wait until the following morning to bring her in. I just watched my baby have a seizure and had to make the hardest decision to put her down and she says that? I will NEVER go there again and I highly suggest that others find another place to go.
