I brought in my French mastiff to get her vaccines up to date. The staff was incredibly kind, warm and made my skittish dog open up quicker than I've ever seen. The vet and assistants spent so much time and gave so much affection that my goofball might come to love her vet appointment. I love this place! I can not express enough how grateful I am too find these women. My daughter has a dog who suffers with aneixty and new people. The doctors here where able to treat her, and Daisy really liked all the women she met here. We will definitely keep coming back. I would recommend this place to everyone. I love Dr. Benham and the team at NE Animal Hospital. They have taken great care of several different animals. They take the time to explain things and discuss various options. They are transparent about costs and truthful about expected outcomes. They were compassionate during the loss of a pet and celebratory when I was able to get a new one. I would recommend the NE Animal Hospital without hesitation.

Great Vet, Terrible Anti-Consumer Prescription Policies. They will not work with any other vendor (Chewy or PetMeds). They will make you mail in the prescriptions instead of accepting the calls from pet vendors or sending a Fax. I sucks because we really enjoy the vets here, but we will be leaving because of their policy on prescriptions. They say it's because they can't "trust" these other online vendors to fill the correct medications, but that doesn't make any sense.

They can't work with a nationwide company, but they will give you a blank check (written prescription) so to speak to use any vendor you'd like. That doesn't add up. They essentially just want to the surcharge on using their own pharmacy and are making it difficult to use any other pet pharmacy. For example, most Doctors now work directly with pharmacies for human prescriptions because it's safer and more regulated instead of human scripts. Just be honest and tell your consumers that one of the major ways you balance your revenue and profit is through prescriptions. I honestly might have stayed if you just told me that.

I've been taking my puppy Murphy for the past few months for his vaccinations. He absolutely loves it there. Everyone is so friendly and I really appreciate the time Dr. Brezicki takes to answer questions (and I normally have a lot.) She also took the time to send me information through an email after an exam. The technician Angel was so sweet with my pup and took him around the office to say hi to everyone. Murphy adores them! Thank you all for taking care of him!
