Since its establishment in 1972, the Salisbury Animal Hospital, the medical treatment services of the care center, has provided quality, up-to-date medical and surgical care to companion animals. Our multi-doctor staff has over 50 years of experience and each member participates in continuing education seminars in order to offer you the best in animal care.

Our receptionists, technicians, surgery assistants and animal caretakers are knowledgeable, competent and willing to offer all the extras for the comfort and quality medical treatment of your pet.

Canine Boarding

In addition to overnight and long-term boarding, we offer Day Care for any puppy or adult dog in need of companionship while you're at work or away for the day. Our modern facility offers both indoor and outdoor runs in a climate-controlled environment. The soothing music and the beautifully landscaped court yard provide a homelike setting.

Cat Quarters

Our concept in cat boarding is unique, with soothing music and views of the outdoors, the bird feeder and aquarium, in a living room setting, just like your cat would find at home. Each cat has its own condominium, complete with bench and a cubbyhole for hiding and just plain goofing. If you're boarding more than one cat, our deluxe condus will house the whole "family" with plenty of room. We supply Hill's Science Diet for all cats, but you are free to bring a supply of other food that you cat prefers.

Grooming Services

Our grooming department is designed for the maximum comfort and happiness of your pet while beeing groome by our qualified and caring professionals, all of whom have many years of experience grooming all breeds. Clips, trims and full-body shaves for your purebred or mixed-breed dog or cat are available for cosmetic or medical purposes, or to just make your pet more comfortable.
