Had a fine experience at the actual appointment but terrible post appointment experience. First, the reception desk lady wouldn't let me finish my sentence and kept cutting me off and being rude. I had an appointment on Friday around lunch & They made a mistake on under charging me. They didn't contact me till after 5 on friday letting me know they wouldn't follow through on running the test. Despite me calling at the beginning of the next week to get it sorted out I got no response.
I still have yet to get results back from a very urgent test because they made the mistake of not charging me for that portion. When calling and trying to pay she sent me to the doctors voicemail and wouldn't listen to me. Would not recommend this vet.

These are all special people. We have brought all of our pets to PHAH. The two border collies go for grooming, they look and feel so much better after their day at the spa.

I love Parkville Heights. Dr Rose is always very responsive, caring, and you can tell she enjoys what she does. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.
