Dr. Maki and her team are knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. I have always been extremely satisfied with the care provided for my dogs. They work very hard to provide the help you need for your pet when you need it. I have been to several veterinary centers before finding Briarcrest and am very happy that I found them. Barb is the most efficient office manager ever! Traveling from the northwest side to Briarcrest can be frustrating due to traffic and the extra time it takes to get there but it is well worth it to know that you pet is being provided the best care possible. If you want the best for your pet Briarcrest is where you need to go. Exceptional Care!!!!!

I went there to take a travel certificate for my dog / checkup, they were incredibly kind and professional. After many bad vets in France, this is the first I can recommend and will be back for sure. Also the place is quite new and clean, something rare in other places

Took my cat to Dr. Chefneux today for the first time based on a tip from Melanie Gauthier P'ou at Tout Pour Le TouTou. I was absolutely delighted with Dr. Chefneux who was both friendly and super efficient at figuring out why my cat was not feeling well. I highly recommend Dr. Chefneux to anyone with a fussy feline!

They are so welcoming and thoughtful. Every time we are there everyone comes out to see Bear and they give him lots of love and treats. He doesn't even mind the shots because he's so busy being pet that he barely notices anything else! We love everyone there!
