We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We close early on the third Tuesday of each month for staff training.

Very friendly and empathetic staff, they definitely care about their patients. I like that the vet takes time to talk to you on the phone about your concerns and doesn't rush you. Wish they were open later / weekends but I understand they're a clinic and not a hospital.

We have used their service for our cat for years and have always been extremely satisfied. They could always find a spot for an urgent visit. The doctors are knowledgeable and patiently trying to explain every step of the treatment. The front desk ladies are always nice and welcoming. But the way how they handled our cat's last moments earned my biggest gratitude. The doctor and the staff were very respectful, kind and thoughtful. A few days later we received a nice card with handwritten condolences along with the prints of our cat's paws. Thank you, Southside Place Animal Hospital!
