Never in a million years have I Had to go to a vet every two weeks for two months for shots and such. They keep having you come back to change for another visit. No matter how small it is. To fix my puppy is almost $1,000 here. Do yourself a favor and look around. Friends of animals in Nashua will do it for 20% of that price. Can't believe their prices. Insane. Nice people. Don't get me wrong. But I won't pay prices like that just because they are nice people. I'll take my puppy elsewhere. Thanks folks.

If you like mandates you've come to the right place. However if you don't. I'd stay away as far as you can. No compassion for the human side of things. This place has gone through a lot of help (always hiring) since I went there. That must say something about who runs the place!

Hi, I would follow Heather anywhere she works because I think she is the best groomer in the state and she is the sweetest person to go with that. If you want a great groomer go to Windham groomer on 28 heading tough derry nh.

This business refuses to let patrons inside supposedly due to COVID. Yet I see staff coming out of the building with no masks. I can only imagine this is being done to streamline their business operations and/or the owners have irrational fears over COVID. If you are vaccinated you have only 1 in 5,000 chance of a breakthrough infection. Every other business in town I know of lets customers in the building. I have been a customer for many years, so I don't want to find a new vet. But if this doesn't stop, I will have to.

My beloved dog presented one morning very lethargic and couldn't stand on his hind legs. I was expecting the worst. Dr. Spencer and her staff were so gentle and caring with us and our dog and were able to get him very quickly on the mend. I can't get over the respect and dignity they treated us and our beloved pet. I've been a client at Hampstead Animal Hospital for years and though we have moved a bit further away I still make the drive there. Nothing beats their professionalism, kindness, and expertise. Thank you Hampstead Animal Hospital staff and Dr's. You are all heroes.

The staff is super helpful and everyone has been especially considerate with covid. Appointments are always on time (no waiting around like the human doctors office ugh) and honestly everyone is just super pleasant. I feel like I can really trust the staff here with my beloved pets and all their needs. They even made sure to look into minor possibilities of health issues before going into surgery for one of my pets and they got back to me as soon as physically possible with the results. Highly recommend

My cat was seizing on the ground like once every ten minutes and this place wouldn't take him and it was an emergency. We had to go all the way to Lawrence cause Hampstead wouldn't take him. I don't care if the worker was training or their wasn't any appointments! My cat looked life less and we had to drive an hour away cause Hampstead which is right up the street wouldn't take him

Since 2004 they have always done an outstanding job caring for my cat from young kitten to 18 years old. Have dealt with nearly all issues from eye infections to final days. If you can handle it, doctor would explain a treatment and show how to deal with meds or treatments at home and follow up by phone. Very accomidating.

They helped save my cat Slims life. They referred me to Massachusetts Veterinary referral Hospital and he had to have surgery to remove a piece of plastic and a string. Hes doing well 9 days post op. I've received a couple phone calls from Hampstead checking on Slim and a very nice card. I really am happy they pushed me to go to Woburn. This was mainly due to that day they did not have Ultra sound. I feel they played a big part in saving my 2 1/2 year old kitty Slim.

Dr Learner is an amazing compassionate doctor! She is the only one that would take my pet rat (yes.. Rat named Eddy) after I accidentally Kneeled on him ( Not even the emergency vets around here would take him) I couldnt stand to watch him suffer.. She took him, took me seriously and did an amazing job saving him!!!

After more than 2 weeks and $3,000 in testing they still were no closer to finding and answer to what's wrong with our dog. They seem to be more interested in charging us for more unnecessary diagnostics. meanwhile our Dog is getting worse. I asked to speak to the doctor and noone could tell me with any certainty of their treatment would have any chance of improving our pets condition. Our Dog went in with a paw issue and all the medication they were giving him caused him to stop eating for up to 3 days at a time. They showed no empathy for this and after they couldn't figure it out said we should see a specialist for his liver. Given this issue and the fact that an acceptable amount of time.

I just got henry back and after just a leg " injury" my dog now has liver damage and anemia. Hampstead animal hospital, they gave them all wrong meds after $3000 they called to say to take him to a specialist? I thought they were the specialist. First time I'll let them take care of one of my dogs ever. they always over charge and usually they r wrong. Henry was eating. After I got him back from Hampstead Animal hospital after all the test he stopped eating and I had to wait 2 days for dr. JOANA LENER TO GET back from day off while my dog wasn't eating. When Manchester vet took care of Sunny they called from their cell to check. Now I'm at emergency trying to safe my dog

Some of the best vets my little ones have ever had. When Dr. Storey and Dr. Frassee left Nashua to start their own practice in Hampstead.me and my little guys followed.a bit of a trip is nothing when it comes to the degree of care and devotion they have for animals

After getting my kitten spayed, I foolishly didnt keep her cone on long enough and the incision had opened up and got infected. Hampstead was absolutely amazing. They did surgery on Friday (normally they dont) since it was the only day I could take her in and they followed up after each appointment. I cant thank the veterinarians and technicians enough for how they treated my girl. I will forever recommend these guys

In the last 20+ years I have used 3 different Vets. Without question Hampstead is the best by far. They never try to upsell you, they are smart, kind and empathetic. I have recommended them to several friends and colleagues all have loved them as well. I live in Windham and I am happy to make the drive.

A bigger than I am used Vet hospital in the southwest part of Hampstead. Excellent service with multiple vets and friendly helpful staff. They are open 7 days a week and have some extended hours in the evenings which helps with work schedules. Changed some of our dogs meds for the better. Very happy with the results and the recommendations.

My son, took his cat here to get an ultrasound to see if there was an obstruction. They called him with the result that he had cancer and recommended euthanization. My son was at work out of town, so he told them to go ahead and do it. My son then called his 15 year old son to tell him. I, his grandmother, went and picked up my grandson to console him and I asked him if he'd like to go to the Vet and say goodbye to his cat.
When I took him there, I knew there was a possibility that we'd be too late so I asked if it was. They told me no, it wasn't too late because they always wait until they are fully paid before the euthanize. The receptionist called and processed the payment over the phone, while we waited. When she was finished she called us into the next room and I asked if I could see where they were keeping the cat.
She told us to sit down and said she was sorry but they already had done it. She lied to us first to get the payment, I'm sure of it! I thought it was soooo sleazy! I'll never go there again!

My sister recommended Hampstead Animal Hospital to me. I have three yorkies and brought my youngest there for the first time this week. The staff was SO friendly; smiles everywhere! We saw Dr. Hwang for a wellness check and a follow up for some abnormal blood results. She listened to us and took our thoughts into consideration when developing a plan for my little Oliver. We received a call the next day as promised with his lab results and everything was explained very thoroughly. We can't wait to go back! On a side note, I am severely allergic to cats and the facility was so clean that I didn't get asthma like I typically do when in an animal hospital.

From the phone conversation with Mary, to meeting with Trisha, Dr. Mike, and Natalie, we were treated with great care, compassion, and patience. HAH is such a wonderful place. I have a very aggressive cat that gave our previous vets office such a hard time they no longer wanted to treat him without fully sedating him. Thank you to Dr. Lerner and Dr. Storey for taking such good care of Roux and dealing with his aggression with such understanding, kindness and compassion. You guys really do show you care and it makes the experiences of bringing him to the vet so much better.

After having a back to back awful experiences at a different local vet I gave Hampstead Animal Hospital a call last night when our dog became unable to walk. I was so hesitant to reach out to a different office as they would not have the past medical records of our dog readily available to them, however I refused risk the health of my dog by calling the former vet. Within minutes of my initial phone call, any concerns I had were gone.
The warmth, compassion, professionalism and true care they show for your beloved pet is felt instantly. I am beyond thrilled with the service we received, pricing is very reasonable, and I know our dog will be in excellent hands with every visit.

This veterinarian hospital is the best! Look no further! Check out their website to see a COMPLETE veterinary service, possibly no need to ever have to go to Tufts Animal Hospital for surgeries, or procedures. The veterinarians and techs treat my cats with a noticeable and evident compassion and concern for their health. My cats are considered geriatric, and all the problems that ensue. The staff here, by far, is the greatest, and I don't say that lightly.
Their available services are astounding.again check out the website and check the vets' credentials and specialties. I will never have to go elsewhere for anything. I am relieved to have found this animal hospital. The staff works as a team.when a situation would occur that needed to be checked, all 4 vets KNOW your pet's history before you even arrive. This is Teamwork at its best. I feel relieved and at ease knowing the care my pets receive.

I take my 2 dogs and 2 cats here. The Vets are very knowledgable and everyone is extremely caring and kind. I'm so glad this place is close to home. I just wish they were a 24 hour emergency hospital too.

I take both my dogs to this vet after they were able to successfully treat my dog's allergy problem. She was chewing her feet over a two year period on and off. After several visits to her other Vet, it was not getting better and she started chewing her paws raw. I took her to Hampstead for grooming and they asked if I wanted a vet to look at her feet. I said yes. The Vet recommended a course of action and she stopped chewing within days. Was better within 1 week. Healed within two weeks. Now- a year later, still no issues. I now bring both my dogs here for treatment and grooming.
